What we process

We process the public video URL you submit, coarse request security data, temporary job status, extracted public metadata, and the resulting media file. We do not offer accounts and do not ask for platform passwords, cookies, or private sessions.

Essential security cookie

SaveFrame sets short-lived, HttpOnly security cookies. They bind requests to the browser, remember an explicit language choice, reduce cross-site abuse, and protect processing capacity. They are not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

Why and for how long

This data is used to validate links, prevent abuse, process your selected format, and operate the service. Download files normally expire after 15 minutes and job metadata after 30 minutes. Short-lived rate-limit counters may remain for up to one day. Operational logs are minimized and should be retained only as long as necessary for security.

Sharing

The submitted public link is contacted through the relevant platform and its required media delivery hosts. Infrastructure providers such as hosting, CDN, and security vendors may process limited network data. We do not sell personal data.

Advertising and consent

No advertising trackers are enabled in this release. If advertising is approved later, the operator must update this notice and implement consent controls required in the visitor’s region before loading ad tags.

Your choices

Do not submit links containing personal tracking parameters or confidential data. For privacy questions or deletion requests involving retained logs, contact lemonadexhunter@gmail.com.
