Permitted use

SaveFrame is provided only for downloading public media that you own, created, are licensed to use, or otherwise have a lawful right and authorization to download. You are responsible for complying with copyright law, creators’ rights, and each platform’s terms.

Prohibited use

You may not use the service to access private, authenticated, removed, region-restricted, or DRM-protected content; infringe intellectual property; evade technical protections; automate bulk requests; overload the service; or distribute unlawful material.

Service limitations

Third-party platforms change frequently. Availability, formats, quality, and processing time are not guaranteed. “Best available” means the best suitable stream reported at processing time and is not a promise of a particular resolution. Watermarks are never erased or cropped.

Temporary processing

Jobs and media are processed ephemerally and expire automatically. Do not submit confidential links. We may suspend sources or downloads to protect users, infrastructure, rights holders, or costs.

The service is provided as available without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, SaveFrame is not liable for user misuse, third-party platform changes, lost data, or indirect damages.
